Your Responsibilities

Do you want to be part of a technology-intensive environment where your ideas become reality? We are currently looking for several dedicated production engineers for various roles. Regardless of your focus, you will work on exciting projects in close collaboration between different departments at Saab.

Examples of roles we are hiring for:

Production Engineer – Tool Preparation In this role, you will work on preparing documentation for the manufacturing and procurement of tools and test equipment for aircraft. You will analyze design documentation, ensure manufacturability, and maintain close contact with purchasing and suppliers. You will play a central role in streamlining and developing our working methods.

Production Engineer – Hull/Assembly Here, you will work on industrialization projects and improvement work within production. You will create production documentation for assembly, collaborate closely with several departments, and use Delmia according to Model Based Definition (MBD).

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has the following:

• experience in production engineering, preferably in tools, hull/assembly, or similar
• is accustomed to handling production or design documentation
• has a technical education from a university, college, or vocational school – in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial economics, or similar
• has experience with systems such as Delmia, IFS ERP, or equivalent

As a person, we believe you:

• are driven, curious, and have a strong desire to develop
• work meticulously and systematically and take independent initiative to seek the information needed to complete your tasks.
• are skilled at building relationships both internally and externally and have good communication skills.

For the role, it is required that you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations at any given time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
