About the Company
NTB Service AB Malmö opened its doors in the mid-90s as Norfrig service on Lodgatan in Malmö harbor as a service point for all types of vehicle body constructions. In 2009, the business moved from Lodgatan to Arlövsvägen 7B, where we are still located. The workshop has always been brand-independent, which has given us a broad knowledge base in the company regarding all types of body constructions. The company performs all types of body preparations and modifications, from small damages to the construction of entire bodies after major damages, as well as transferring entire constructions onto chassis.
Your Responsibilities
As a workshop manager at NTB in Malmö, you will be involved in most of what happens in the entire operation. You will report directly to the site manager, who delegates responsibilities to you when they are not present.
You will:
- plan the daily operations
- be responsible for customer reception and bookings
- handle insurance matters
- plan the work in the workshop
- lead the staff
- follow up on work and ensure quality
- be responsible for meeting delivery times
- manage all orders
- register time and material usage for each project
- maintain order, together with other staff
- ensure that environmental policies are followed
- be an important part of the improvement work
Your Background/Your Qualities
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in workshop work. If you have also worked with heavy vehicles, body damage, and body constructions, that is a significant merit. You enjoy having many contacts and handling a variety of cases, and you can quickly step in and assist your colleagues with technical problems. You contribute with a good attitude and high work ethic. You are driven, communicative, and possess a good ability to create and maintain relationships. You are skilled in planning and organizing. As a person, you are service-oriented and orderly. For the position, it is required that you easily adapt to different IT systems. As part of our team, you are flexible and enjoy the challenge of solving both quick and more complex issues for our customers together with your colleagues. You master Swedish both in speech and writing. A B driver's license is required; having a CE license is an advantage. Your contributions with good ideas in our improvement work are welcomed, as we constantly challenge our processes.
