About Trafiko and the Position

At Trafiko, we are changing the driving license industry for both students seeking to obtain their licenses and for instructors providing training. In a short time, we have grown to become one of the largest players in driving education, offering introductory and risk education in 22 cities across Sweden. Through our website and app, students study theory all over Sweden. A total of over 30,000 students are trained annually with Trafiko.

We are now looking for an engaged and qualified instructor for our skidpad in Gothenburg. In the role of instructor, you will convey important knowledge and skills that help future drivers handle challenging road and weather conditions with confidence. You will be responsible for creating an educational, interactive, and memorable experience for our course participants, always focusing on safety and quality.

The training sessions are based in central Gothenburg, and we offer a flexible position where the scope can be adjusted according to your preferences.

About You

We are looking for someone who is positive, pedagogical, and passionate about conducting training with a strong ability to adapt to the needs of the group. You are quality-conscious, take great personal responsibility, and have the ability to complete your tasks independently with foresight and structure.

Requirements

• Approved instructor for Risk Education Part 2
• Experienced in using digital tools and proficient in the Office suite
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as required in daily work
• Availability to work weekends

Meritorious

• Other language skills in addition to Swedish
