We are currently looking for a Personal Service Technician for our client. In this role, you will have a varied and customer-oriented job where you are responsible for service, repairs, and troubleshooting of passenger cars. In addition to the technical work, you will also book customers and handle invoicing, giving you a broad role with significant responsibility. You will work in systems like Tacdis and various brand-specific tools. Since you plan your customer visits yourself, you have great freedom to structure your workday in a way that creates both efficiency and good customer service.

You are service-oriented, social, positive, and persistent, doing what it takes to ensure every customer is satisfied. It is also important that you are administratively meticulous and contribute to a good working environment. You are curious and always want to try new things.

What can you do?

• You have professional experience as a car mechanic/personal service technician.
• You have a vocational education in automotive technology or equivalent experience.
• It is advantageous to have in-depth knowledge of electronics and troubleshooting gained through education or experience.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
• A valid B driver's license is required.
