The Education Administration is responsible for preschool, pedagogical care, after-school programs, preschool classes, primary schools, adapted primary schools, secondary schools, adapted secondary schools, municipal adult education, special education for adults, Swedish for immigrants (SFI), youth centers, and cultural schools.

Preschool and after-school activities are available at all seven F-6 schools, geographically spread throughout the municipality.

Altorpskolan, which is the municipality's only 7-9 school, receives students from all our F-6 schools and is strategically located in central Herrljunga. The Knowledge Source, the municipality's secondary school, is also located in the Herrljunga locality.

Ods Preschool is a preschool with two departments, Guldklimpen for younger children and Skattkistan for slightly older children. Within walking distance, there are beautiful natural areas. The preschool has been renovated, and in July 2021, we moved into new, beautiful premises.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role as a preschool teacher is to support children in their learning and development according to their individual needs and possibilities. You will work together with your team to plan, implement, and evaluate the work based on the intentions of the governing documents.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher. You are a responsible and engaged person who wants to be involved in creating a developing and safe care environment. You focus on the children and have a positive attitude towards both children and parents. Teaching is a concept that permeates your day in the workplace. You focus on development and learning together with children and colleagues.

OTHER

In Herrljunga municipality, full-time is the norm with the possibility of part-time. If full-time positions are unavailable, it may mean that positions can be combined with other tasks or at another workplace.
