About Us

Since our inception in 2014, Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, a central part of the leading media group Bonnier News AB, has undergone significant expansion that marks our importance in the industry. We have grown from an office with five employees to nearly 100 sales representatives distributed across our offices in Västerås, Norrköping, Örebro, and Eskilstuna. Our vision is to become the leading sales organization within the entire Bonnier Group, and with a total sales target of 145 million in 2024, nothing can stop us!

About the Role

As a sales representative at Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, you have the opportunity to influence your own salary through an unlimited commission model as well as a guaranteed salary each month. You will receive training in modern sales techniques from our experienced sales coaches and sales managers who have over 10 years of experience in the industry. We offer a fantastic work environment with motivating colleagues, fun activities, and exciting sales competitions. As an employee at Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, there are also development opportunities within the entire Bonnier Group.

As a salesperson at Bonnier, you will work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM. You will start the workweek with your colleagues at our new office in central Örebro. The day begins with a joint kickoff where we review the goals for the week and the day. You will then daily speak with business owners and private individuals across Sweden via phone, offering them subscriptions to Dagens Industri, Dagens Nyheter, and 40 of Sweden's largest local newspapers such as Närkes Allehanda, Helsingborgs Dagblad, and Sydsvenskan. The workday is interspersed with sales, coaching sales meetings, personal study of the product you are selling, and fun activities and sales competitions. Who Are You?

You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where high tempo, positive energy, and strong collegial cooperation go hand in hand with good sales results. You are a communicative and persuasive telemarketer with the ability to express yourself clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Through active listening and understanding of the customer's needs, you can tailor solutions that truly add value.

As a person, you are goal-oriented and driven, striving not only to meet but also to exceed set targets. Your perseverance and work ethic ensure that you always stay focused and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and without giving up. You are meticulous and organized, which means you always deliver quality in your work, and you handle stressful situations calmly and steadily.

Qualifications:

• Good ability to communicate and engage with customers via phone and email/writing.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in outbound sales is a plus.
• Experience in sales within the media industry is a plus.

Additional Information

The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. The salary is based on a guaranteed salary and commission.

You will belong to Bonnier News Inhouse Sales. You will report to the sales manager, and we are located at Nikolaigatan 3, in central Örebro.
