We are now looking for a driven and analytical employee for the role of Sales Operation/Internal Sales for our client TDK Nordic. TDK is an international company that develops, manufactures, and markets electronic components and systems.

About the position

As a Sales Operation/Internal Sales, you will play a central role in the sales operations. You will support the sales teams by optimizing and streamlining internal processes and coordinating sales activities.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize sales processes to maximize efficiency.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Support sales teams with administration, pricing inquiries, and customer relations.
• Be responsible for framework agreement customers, orders, and call-offs.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in sales and customer service, preferably within the technology sector.
• The ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
• A keen eye for detail and experience handling large volumes of data.
• Strong communication skills, fearless and flexible.
• A technical interest.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Extensive experience with Excel.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
