JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the Home Support Team, we work together to help patients recover and get the training and rehabilitation they need directly in their home environment. We are a team of 29 wonderful employees, including social workers, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nursing assistants, who work closely together to create security for our patients. We also have a close collaboration with Region Skåne to provide the best possible support.

As a physiotherapist with us, you will work evidence-based with rehabilitation in the home environment and be responsible for prescribing aids. You will also have the opportunity to mentor care staff in a rehabilitative approach. Additionally, you will work in our shared IT system, Mina planer, and participate in coordinated individual planning (SIP) to ensure the best possible care and support.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist. We would like you to have previous experience of multidisciplinary teamwork and good knowledge of regional and municipal health care. We value good knowledge of future perspectives and development within the care and support sector.

Since communication and documentation are part of the job responsibilities, we want you to be computer literate and proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. A B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement.

To succeed in this role, your personal qualities are of great importance. We are looking for someone who has a good ability to collaborate and communicate and promotes a good working environment. You can motivate and inspire those around you and have the ability to work both independently and in a team. Furthermore, you can prioritize and plan while being able to quickly adapt to the needs of the business for the day.

Your ability to work in processes and build new working methods to create team spirit will be beneficial in the job, as will your ability to collaborate with different professions. A holistic view and a rehabilitative/enabling perspective are important to you.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The operations of the Care Administration target the elderly and individuals who need functional support as well as those requiring home healthcare. The operations are functionally divided into four areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and nursing homes, health care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, the national gymnasium, and the aids center in Eastern Skåne.
