This includes assistive devices for people with mobility, vision, hearing, communication, and cognitive impairments, medical treatment aids, orthopedic technical aids, and pharmaceutical-related products.

The Logistics Unit belongs to the order/logistics area responsible for the order and logistics flow, from contracts, prescriptions, and orders to final delivery. The area also includes the units for customer service, administration, and assortment.

The main task of the unit is to stock, recondition, and be responsible for the distribution of the assistive devices that the assistive technology unit directly manages. In addition to this work, the unit has an overarching delivery responsibility for the distribution and storage that is outsourced to third parties.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you have a strong interest in technology and working closely with healthcare? Then this could be a role for you! We are now looking for a driven assistive technology technician responsible for the hearing product area.

The job responsibilities mainly consist of stocking, picking customer orders, and goods reception, as well as service and reconditioning of hearing technology equipment. The product area is currently being established so that the Business Area Assistive Technology can ensure that returned hearing aids meet the same standard as new ones. Therefore, you will also be responsible for initiating the reconditioning process, developing routines, and finding the right quality level for the customer.

The work is currently taking place at the Logistics Unit in Staffanstorp and may also involve some contact with suppliers as well as daily contact with healthcare in Skåne. We look forward to moving into newly renovated premises in Malmö at the turn of the year 2025/2026!
