As a physiotherapist in Tibro Municipality, you will belong to a Rehabilitation Unit consisting of five physiotherapists, five occupational therapists, and five rehabilitation assistants. There is a strong ambition and a lot of commitment within the group, and together we create a good climate at the workplace. The Rehabilitation Unit works based on an activating and rehabilitative approach. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a physiotherapist, you will be responsible, together with your colleagues, for rehabilitation within the municipality's special housing, short-term placements, LSS, functional support, and ordinary housing. We also work with the concept of Safe Homecoming, which involves intensive interventions and training with patients in their own homes after hospital stays to help them regain their abilities under the best conditions.

In our operations, we have access to a training facility and a warm water pool.

As a physiotherapist with us, you will work with assessment, treatment, training, testing, and prescription of assistive devices. This also includes supervision and training for care staff and relatives. In the Rehabilitation Unit, occupational therapists and physiotherapists work closely together in the team, and great importance is placed on collaboration with other stakeholders around the care recipient, who is always placed at the center.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Experience working with the elderly is a plus.

You should have a pleasant demeanor with the care recipient at the center, be easy to collaborate with, and have good communication skills. You should be confident in yourself and your professional role.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
