About the unit
At the Supply unit, we procure, store, maintain, and decommission supplies for the Armed Forces. Logistics must be efficient and ensure high availability for all types of supplies throughout Sweden, which means that production, planning, and customer support are also important parts of our work. We are now looking for a temporary HR generalist who wants to be an important part of our team and contribute to creating effective and well-functioning HR processes. The work environment can sometimes be intense, and you need to be able to prioritize and find solutions, even when the way forward is not always clear. In the department, we work as a team and support each other during high workloads, so you should be flexible and ready to assist with other tasks as needed.
Main responsibilities
- support managers in all HR-related matters
- work with labor law, collective agreements, work environment, and personnel issues
- support managers in recruitment processes
- develop and streamline work routines and processes
- participate in the implementation and follow-up of internal policies and guidelines
Qualifications
- academic education in human resources
- experience in HR work and supporting managers within a government agency
- good knowledge of the Office suite
- good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- driver's license, manual transmission.

- experience in HR work within the Armed Forces
- experience in documenting and developing HR processes and routines
