We are looking for a Project Manager to lead Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced project manager to lead the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) workstream within a comprehensive SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The project manager will support the Business Lead in successfully driving the workstream across 10+ business units, in close collaboration with business coordinators and the IT lead for EAM.

In this role, you will coordinate efforts between business and IT teams and ensure that the work aligns with the program's goals, timeline, and budget. You will facilitate communication between the Business Lead, IT Lead, and relevant stakeholders while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA for EAM processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Business Lead in driving the EAM workstream within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Act as a key link between program management and the EAM workstream, ensuring good collaboration and compliance.
• Have overall responsibility for the workstream's consolidated plan and lead and actively support collaboration with 13 business units, in cooperation with 4-5 business coordinators (who are responsible for one or more units).
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Work closely with the IT Lead to ensure business requirements align with IT delivery.
• Ensure that the project's timeline, budget, and quality standards are met.
• Provide regular updates to program management and business stakeholders.

Competencies

• Solid experience in project management, preferably within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), particularly within the energy sector, is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead complex workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SAP EAM and business process change.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to collaborate well with both business and IT teams.
• Experience in risk management, problem-solving, and change management.
