JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for care assistants who want to work evening shifts.

We operate from premises in central Älmhult and provide services in the nearby area, using bicycles or cars to move between care recipients.

We offer you a meaningful job where you have the opportunity to meet people in need of your support. Home care is suitable for those who enjoy a mobile and independent job with personal responsibility.

Your duties include providing assistance in the form of personal care and service. Personal care should meet physical, mental, and social needs, as well as assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, and meal support. Service-oriented tasks include cleaning, laundry, shopping, and food delivery.

You will also perform delegated tasks related to HSL.

Working in home care largely involves independent work, but it also requires a good ability to collaborate with colleagues and other professionals. We have a wonderful community where we support and motivate each other, and together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating a valuable everyday life for our elderly.

The working hours are in the evening around 5 PM to 10 PM and every other weekend, also in the evening.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained care assistant with a protected professional title, as a fixed care contact is part of the job. You should be interested in acquiring the knowledge required to be delegated for services under the Health and Medical Services Act.

Our assignment includes daily use of various operational systems and documentation. This means you need to have good computer skills and be open to the various digital systems we use in the operation. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

You should have a genuine interest in working with people, have a good ability to see the whole picture while also being able to recognize each individual's conditions and needs. You are responsible and flexible, able to plan and organize your work. We also expect you to have a professional attitude and the ability to build trust and establish good relationships with care recipients and relatives. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Previous experience in care and support work within elderly care is an advantage.

The position requires a valid driver's license (B) and the ability to cycle.
