Welcome to Tolg School, a place where you make a difference!

Tolg School is a small school with a big commitment, located in the heart of the village, beautifully situated opposite the church, about thirty kilometers north of Växjö. Here we work together to create a safe and inspiring learning environment where every student is seen and encouraged to develop. Our staff group is characterized by positivity, collaboration, and a strong desire to make school time meaningful for our students.

We are now looking for you who want to be part of our dedicated team as a leisure teacher. With us, you will have a significant role in the students' development, both academically and personally. Based on the curriculum, you create a safe and motivating teaching environment of high quality. You adapt and develop the teaching according to the students' needs, always with their best interests in focus.

As a leisure teacher with us, you will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment where collaboration and relationships are at the center. You lead and organize the teaching to create a safe learning environment based on mutual respect and cooperation. QUALIFICATIONS

Are you, or will you soon become, a certified leisure teacher? In one of the positions, we also see that you are certified to teach physical education. You will lead physical education classes for all grades at the school. There are small groups, between 6 and 13 students, divided into F-1, 2-3, and 4-6. Some teaching can advantageously take place in the beautiful forest and outdoor environment near the school.

In your role as a leisure teacher, you have good knowledge of the leisure center's mission and are well acquainted with the leisure center's curriculum and other governing documents. Based on that, you have the ability to adapt your teaching to the students and involve them in shaping the teaching. In a quality-conscious manner, you create good conditions for students' development and learning, as well as documentation of the same.

As a leisure teacher, you are a good role model. You build relationships and collaborate well with the contacts that occur in your professional role, adapted to the situation.

• You are confident in your role as an educator with good collaborative skills and a desire to create a whole where school and leisure work together.
• You have good collaborative skills with colleagues, students, and guardians.
• You have a good ability to listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively.
• You are structured, planning, organizing, and prioritizing work based on the students' interests and needs.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in children's learning and keeps the child's best interests in focus! Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
