Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the fruit and vegetable department. Have ultimate responsibility for the staff in the department. Drive the department forward and ensure high quality. Be a problem solver and handle daily challenges. Opportunity for broad skills development and career opportunities within retail. On-call duty may occur in the work.

Employment Type:

• Work 40 hours a week.
• Permanent position starting immediately.
• Salary according to agreement.

Qualifications: 

• Previously worked as a 1st or 2nd in the fruit and vegetable department.
• A strong interest in the grocery trade and a desire to help create a first-class store.
• Flexibility to work during all store opening hours.
• Driver's license and access to a car (required). 
• A service-oriented, positive, and responsible attitude.
• Previous experience in grocery retail. 

Personal Qualities:

We see that you, as an applicant, have experience from previous work in retail, such as picking work and cashier work at ICA. You are service-minded and positive towards customers while working quickly and efficiently.
