We are looking for a business-driven and passionate digital business developer who wants to help drive Lokalguiden's digital business.

In this role, you will lead the development of our marketplace lokalguiden.se – with the goal of creating growth, increased profitability, and a top-class customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing Lokalguiden's digital business based on data-driven analysis, customer insights, and technical possibilities
• Ensuring conversion optimization
• Leading and driving development projects from idea to implementation
• Continuously working with anchoring in the business to create understanding of what is required digitally to achieve set business and sales goals
• Ensuring that we rank high – whether in search engines or AI search.
• Maximizing relevant traffic to the marketplace

We believe you have:

• 3–5 years of experience in the field, such as digital product owner, digital business developer, growth manager, or similar
• Proven experience in driving digital projects with a focus on business benefits and customer experience
• Familiarity with interpreting and acting on statistics, customer data, and insights
• Experience in leading and inspiring others to work towards a common goal
• Experience in ordering from and collaborating with external partners in the field
• A strong understanding of business and what drives sales and profitability
• Knowledge of SEO, conversion optimization, and digital analytics
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form, with the ability to explain things in an educational manner.
