We are now looking for a reliable and proactive Accountant for our client in Uppsala. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work broadly with accounting and reporting while contributing your knowledge and experience. You will be a key person in the finance team and contribute both operationally and strategically.

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed as a consultant by Jurek Talents. As a consultant with us at Jurek, you are employed by us and rented out to one of our clients. Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for accounting work including reporting, year-end closing, and tax management. You will also drive initiatives related to process improvement and system development. The role includes providing support to colleagues in the finance team.

• Ongoing accounting and monthly closing
• Reporting and working with tax and VAT issues
• Participation in finance-related projects
• Support to the team and knowledge transfer
• Work in and development of accounting systems
• Process development and documentation

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in qualified accounting and who is used to working independently. You have an eye for structure and efficiency and thrive in an environment where you can take initiative and influence. You find it easy to collaborate with others and enjoy contributing to the development of both the organization and your colleagues.

We would like you to have:

• Good system skills and an interest in processes
• The ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English
• A humble and supportive attitude
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP

You Are Offered

The position is full-time with a start date according to agreement. The assignment initially runs until the turn of the year, with the possibility of extension. Work takes place on weekdays during office hours, with the possibility of some hybrid work.
