About the operation

We are now looking for more nursing assistants for permanent positions at Sahlgrenska University Hospital's internal staffing unit.

The Staffing Service's mission is to provide staffing during short-term absences in round-the-clock operations throughout Sahlgrenska University Hospital.

Job responsibilities

Standard nursing work for nursing assistants in psychiatric wards.

The position is scheduled for day and evening shifts. You plan your own work schedule via your digital calendar in the booking system TimeCare Pool, according to applicable working time regulations and within the framework of our scheduling routines.

About you:

• You are a trained nursing assistant (proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare must be presented before employment)
• You have at least 5 years of experience working in a hospital.

The work on the wards is independent and varied, which requires you to feel secure in your professional role and self-leadership. To thrive in the role with us, you need to have good collaboration skills and be adaptable to new environments.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and finds stimulation in continuous learning in a changing work environment and has work experience from various hospital operations.
