Project Manager for Development of Naval Missile

We are looking for a project manager who wants to lead the work on the development and procurement of a new common naval missile for integration on JAS 39E and Corvette type Visby, in collaboration with the Marine operational area. About the Position

As a project manager, you will coordinate, lead, and develop personnel and follow up on project work carried out in project teams. You will also be responsible for finances, procurements, and ensuring that milestones are achieved within the timeline, budget, and agreed quality.

The role of project manager also involves being responsible for communication and contact with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Business trips both domestically and internationally are included in the work.

The position is based in Stockholm.

About You

You have a degree as a civil or university engineer or have equivalent competence acquired in another way. You have experience in project management and enjoy leading and taking responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

We believe you have experience working in the technical field. We would like you to have experience in negotiation and public procurement in addition to project management. It is an advantage if you have experience with the Gripen system or the Visby system. As a person, you are self-driven, responsible, and structured. You enjoy taking your own initiatives and solving complex issues as they arise. Furthermore, you are confident and stable in yourself, and you plan, organize, and prioritize your work. Skills that are valued include good collaboration ability and clear communication.

Furthermore, the unit is responsible for the development and procurement of a new common naval missile for integration on JAS 39E and Corvette type Visby, in collaboration with the Marine operational area.
