Our HSL team in Gothenburg is looking for a licensed nurse with a genuine interest in professional healthcare advice and who wants to help shape our brand new role as a nurse with management responsibility.

The position is a permanent employment, with work every other weekend. There is an opportunity for hourly employment.

About the role

In the role of nurse with management responsibility, you will have the opportunity to use your broad clinical competence to provide our patients with qualified healthcare advice and triage. This means that you will support nursing staff over the phone, assess care needs, and prioritize actions based on the patient's symptoms and situation. You will perform assessments and make decisions about actions in planned and urgent situations.

This will be a role for you who enjoy a varied job that involves supporting different operations within SÄBO/home care/LSS/social psychiatry in healthcare matters. This involves contact with both nursing staff and nurses within Attendo. You will become a key person for the nursing staff in support and guidance regarding HSL interventions.

As a nurse with management responsibility at Attendo, your competence will be highly valued. You will have great opportunities to ensure that patients receive coordinated and qualitative care.

Main responsibilities

  • Support and guidance of nursing staff in healthcare matters over the phone
  • Triage over the phone
  • Coordination and resource allocation of healthcare interventions
  • External contact with, for example, doctors and ambulances
  • Document interventions and communicate with other healthcare providers in electronic records according to applicable laws and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Licensed nurse with Swedish nursing license.
  • Documented experience of work within elderly care, e.g., in home care, special housing, on a care ward, or short-term care.
  • Documented experience of work within LSS or psychiatry.
  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
  • Computer skills and a very good ability to learn digital systems such as digital journal and reporting systems

It is an advantage if you also have

  • Experience in emergency care
  • Experience in supervision
  • Education in geriatrics or district nursing.
