We are looking for a flexible personal assistant who wants to work with an elderly woman in Södermalm with significant care needs. The client prefers female assistants with at least 2 years of experience in care and nursing, preferably in personal assistance and elderly care. It is a plus if you live in Södermalm or nearby, but it is not a requirement.

You will find a stimulating workplace with a large team where daytime work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM is done together with another assistant, which requires social skills and the ability to work well with others. As a person, you are positive, meticulous, and attentive with great patience. It is also important that you enjoy working with people and can express yourself well in both speech and writing, as the client has limited verbal abilities. Respect for the client's integrity and self-determination is your way of working. It would be beneficial if you share the client's interests in art, culture, and plants. There is a cat in the home, so you cannot be allergic to cats if you apply for this position.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the requirements, provide two references from previous employers, and submit a criminal record extract. The working hours vary from 75% up to full-time. The working hours are weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with every other weekend. We would like you to be flexible and willing to work all types of shifts. There may be an opportunity for a permanent position in the fall.

During the introduction, which is paid, you will shadow the regular assistant to learn all the routines. Start date as soon as possible.
