Adjacent to our schoolyard is a sports park that we utilize for both recess activities and various physical activities during the school day. About the Position:

We are now looking for a teacher for grades 4-6. The position is a fixed-term employment for the school year 25/26, starting on August 12. The position is 100%.

Qualifications:

You are a clear leader who can set boundaries but also have the ability to show warmth, be creative, and flexible. As an educator, you also have a good ability to create and maintain relationships with primarily students and colleagues but also their guardians. You have good collaboration skills where you listen and communicate and contribute to a calm and safe school environment. You have knowledge of children's development and learning and use varied methods and approaches based on students' needs and knowledge levels. Furthermore, you are structured, take responsibility for your tasks, and work focused on set goals. You prioritize students' needs and see opportunities for various adaptations in the operations. We believe that influence and participation are important, and our goal is for all students to succeed.

You are well acquainted with the curriculum and other governing documents and have a good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You have the ability and drive to actively participate in the school's development work in relation to the school's quality plan. We are looking for someone who is positive, engaged, and confident in their work and who has the best interests of the student in focus.

Requirements:

• Teaching certification with broad subject competence to teach grades 4-6

Meritorious:

• Qualification to teach English
• Good IT skills
• Knowledge of low-arousal approaches
• Experience with language and knowledge-developing working methods.
• Experience working with students in need of special support/NPF
