The Orthopedic Clinic's reception and secretariat at Sundsvall Hospital belong to the regional orthopedic service. We conduct both planned and emergency operations, focused on orthopedic injuries and diseases. In your role as a medical secretary with us, you will become an important part of the operation and have a varied job in close collaboration with your colleagues, doctors, nurses, and other staff.

We are now looking for a medical secretary to join us at the Orthopedic Reception. The position is a permanent employment with a start date according to agreement.

Medical Secretary to the Orthopedic Reception, Sundsvall Job Responsibilities

• Dictation writing
• Mail handling
• Referral management
• Document updating
• Usual tasks for a medical secretary

We are looking for someone who

• Has training as a medical secretary
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you

• Have good knowledge of English in speech and writing
• Have good skills in the Office suite
• Have experience with the Cosmic journal system
