Art Enthusiast Personal Assistant Wanted!

About Me:
I am a woman in my sixties living with my daughter, her husband, and my grandchild in Bergshamra, Solna. I have recently been granted personal assistance, which means I will have the opportunity to be a grandmother, spend time with my family, pursue my interests, take care of my home, myself, and of course much more. I enjoy being outdoors in nature where I find peace to meditate. It would be wonderful if we could share interests such as art, spirituality, and philosophy.

About You:
Are you caring, patient, and possess a sensitivity to understand that you are assisting me in my life? You are a woman between 40-60 years old with good physical health, have a sense of humor, and are meticulous, calm, and secure in yourself. You do not wear perfume or other scented products while working with me. You speak good Swedish as I will occasionally need you to communicate in both writing and speech. Being detail-oriented and having a sense for details are also two qualities I appreciate. Cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, and everything that comes with life are naturally part of your duties. So are my close personal needs. You must also enjoy being around children, as I want to be helpful in my grandchild's life. Does this sound interesting? Then I hope to meet you!

The Position:
Approximately 40-50% varying hours and days. There will also be opportunities to fill in extra. To be employed, you must present valid ID, a police record extract, and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. Collective agreement wages (Fremia - Kommunal), we apply individual salary setting.

Staffing:
This position includes an extended (and compensated) staffing assignment, which means that every third week you must be reachable at times other than working hours to call in a substitute or step in and assist in situations where intervention is required. This is Assistans i Balans's way of ensuring that our clients always have a familiar assistant by their side. The assignment is shared by all assistants working on a regular schedule.
