We are looking for part-time substitutes who may work as summer substitutes for a wonderful 16-year-old girl who is a true spreader of joy. She has a motor and intellectual disability and needs help with everything in her daily life. As her assistant, you need to function as her extended arm. She attends school in Bollnäs during the day, and outside of school, your workplace will be where she is. We see that you are a playful and cheerful girl/woman who is self-sufficient, responsible, and possesses patience and calmness. You enjoy working with children and young people, have ideas and humor, and are eager to participate in activities. You have good collaboration skills. Since the work may involve certain movements, it is important that you have good physical ability. The client requires constant supervision as she does not understand dangers. She uses a wheelchair but needs to walk daily to practice balance and maintain fitness. It is an advantage if you have experience working with sign language support and are a regular user of alternative communication tools. She needs to practice this as she has not yet cracked the code and cannot communicate with either signs or picture support, so one must read her body language. Being attentive is a plus.

Your workplace will be her home and in proximity to the rest of her family. You are a person who values the girl’s and the family’s personal integrity and privacy, as this is of utmost importance to us. The family also has pets.

Working hours may be scheduled during all hours of the day (except school hours) and on all weekdays.

Since the client is under 18 years old, we will request an extract from the police register.

Compensation is paid in the form of hourly wages. Unless otherwise agreed, 12% vacation pay and OB compensation will be added. We follow Fremia's collective agreement (KFO).
