Ekeby Preschool is looking for a qualified childcare worker who wants to work with younger children. The temporary position is 50-75% starting immediately until 31/7-25.

Ekeby Preschool is a small and safe preschool with two departments, located in an area close to nature and several playgrounds. Here, the children are the focus, and all materials are adapted to their level.

The preschool strives to provide children with security and joy in their daily lives. We actively work to challenge their curiosity and promote their development. We see each child as competent and unique and value their right to explore and grow at their own pace.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a qualified childcare worker. As a person, we see that you are flexible, positive, and curious in your approach to work. You have the desire to continue learning and developing in your professional role. You see opportunities instead of limitations. You have a good ability to build relationships with both children, parents, and colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

You will be part of a team consisting of preschool teachers and childcare workers, where you together complement and inspire each other. Together, you plan, implement, and reflect on the activities. You actively work to create a stimulating and developing education where the child is at the center. You should be well-versed in the preschool curriculum and will work according to our governing documents, our values, and our equal treatment plan. In consultation with your colleagues, you have the ability to adapt and prioritize your approach according to the needs of the organization and the best interests of the children.
