The Wood Processing Service business area delivers service, spare parts, upgrades, and modernization for wood yards, refiners, and fuel handling to customers in the forestry and bioenergy sectors.

If so, you could be the salesperson we are looking for at our office in Örnsköldsvik!

Your Responsibilities

As an aftermarket salesperson with us, you will have a broad and varied role where you sell everything from spare parts from a wide product range to service solutions. Our customers are primarily in the forestry and bioenergy sectors, and the areas you will focus on are aftermarket and spare parts sales within paper & pulp and heat plants. Over time, you will be responsible for existing and new customers and continue to develop these customer relationships.

Your workplace will be our office in Örnsköldsvik with about 40 employees, where you will be part of a sales and marketing team along with three other aftermarket salespeople and order processors. Tasks in this role include technical investigations, preparing quotes, and order management. A large part of our customer relations is handled via phone, email, and digital meetings, but you will also visit customers throughout Sweden and Norway.

Your Profile

We believe that you who are applying have a technical background and preferably come from the process or manufacturing industry. It is an advantage if you have worked within the paper and pulp segment and have experience in any of the areas of technical sales, service sales, industrial maintenance, or field service work. Furthermore, you have an interest in both people and machines, good computer skills, and a habit or ability to read and interpret drawings.

As we are an international group, we expect you to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English. Having a driver's license is a given.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and therefore prefer that you are a team player but still independent in your work with the ability to drive a business from start to finish in a businesslike manner. You thrive in a varied everyday life with many different types of tasks to prioritize. The work also requires that you are structured in your approach and have a positive attitude towards solving most challenges.
