As a Team Leader, you, together with the responsible Operations Manager, are a key person in ensuring a well-functioning delivery to our customers.

You will assist in distributing work among employees and ensuring that the service is carried out correctly.

Your main tasks include:

• leading the Service Employees (cleaners) in their work
• introducing new employees
• performing quality controls and other practical tasks
• having daily contact with the customer
• performing cleaning tasks as required
• scheduling and calling in substitutes as needed
• delivering and ordering materials
• substituting for the Operations Manager, if necessary

The position is full-time.

• previous experience in the industry
• documented experience in instructing/leading
• experience working administratively
• driving license B
• Insta 800 Level 3
• an SRY/PRYL education or equivalent
