We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in the energy transition. Do you want to work with some of the most important issues of our time – while developing within the energy field and as a project manager? At Energikontor Syd, you will play an important role in the transition to a sustainable energy system. In project teams, you will work with energy transition, electrification, and energy efficiency, collaborating with companies, energy and network companies, municipalities, and regions – in southern Sweden and in Europe.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of electrical and energy systems who wants to work for change in collaboration with a wide range of industries and sectors. Therefore, we seek someone driven by sustainability issues, curious, self-motivated, and eager to make a difference. You have:

• an appropriate academic degree and experience working with energy planning, electrical power, energy systems, or similar, as well as an understanding of the various components of energy systems
• communicative and pedagogical skills and an ease in building good relationships
• experience leading and working in project formats and in project teams
• the ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Extra plus if you have worked with:

• the public sector and/or the energy industry
• writing/developing and managing projects funded by EU programs and funds

We initiate and drive various strategic and operational collaboration and development projects. We are owned by municipalities and regions in southern Sweden and are always impartial and have no profit interest. Today, we have 22 employees located in our offices in Kalmar, Karlskrona, Lund, Oskarshamn, and Växjö. We are one of Sweden's fourteen and Europe's nearly four hundred regional energy offices.
