About Us:

INNOVITASKOLAN VÄLLINGBY PARK operates in bright, beautiful premises. Here, students can attend from preschool up to grade 9. The preschool has 5 departments divided into smaller groups based on needs and the content of the teaching. All students and children have good conditions to be seen and develop according to their abilities. The schoolyard is constantly being developed, and the proximity to green areas is utilized frequently.

We are looking for

you who are a certified and qualified teacher in Math/Science for grades 7-9 or in Math for grades 7-9 and who want to be part of a school that aims to give all students the opportunity for their own choices in the future. Here, you will contribute every day to all students' development towards the goals of education and support colleagues, students, and the entire staff.

Your Mission

You are an experienced teacher who is used to collaborating in teams but also working independently. You plan and implement teaching, as well as make subject assessments and assign grades. We believe that subject integration is important to create a context in the various subjects, and we work with an equitable lesson design where our innovitskills are included: explore, innovate, and balance.

In close collaboration with other teachers and the principal, you contribute to creating accessible learning environments that enable all students to succeed in school. You are good at setting up adaptations and special support based on students' needs and conditions. You work on language development in all grades. Mentorship is an important part of our work as we see relationships with guardians and students as a successful factor for students' motivation and learning.

Together with our curious and innovative teachers, educators, and staff, we at Innovitaskolan want to make a difference for our children and students, for every future. We combine traditional teaching with modern tools and methods that change learning. Thus, we provide our students with the tools to shape their own future.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with high ambitions for our children's learning and development, and our work is characterized by high engagement. Therefore, we are looking for you with a strong personal commitment to learning and who is driven to explore new methods and techniques in teaching through collegial collaboration.

As a teacher with us, you are attentive and want to guide students into the future. You are also creative, open, structured, and a clear leader. You base your work on research and experience and are not afraid to try different methods in your teaching with students. You have experience in driving processes and improvement work. You should have an approach that maintains focus on goal fulfillment through follow-up and analysis. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of modern digital tools.
