JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a contact person for a 19-year-old girl.

As a contact person, your role is to promote social contacts and support leisure activities under safe conditions. The focus is on building a trusting and friendly relationship with the individual. The relationship is often more informal and based on shared interests and personal chemistry.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in helping others. You start from the individual’s needs and interests and adapt to situations. You are relationship-building and collaborative. To thrive in your role, it is important that you see each person and understand how important you are in contributing to a meaningful everyday life. It is essential that you are cooperative, creative, self-assured, and have great patience, as this creates security in your role as a contact person.

QUALIFICATIONS

Personal suitability is of utmost importance. To be suitable for the role, we believe you are attentive, empathetic, driven, and service-minded. You should be able to create contacts and maintain relationships. You have an empathetic ability and can put yourself in someone else's perspective or situation.

We are looking for a person who enjoys socializing with others, is interested in how others feel, and has a stable and secure life situation. It is a plus if you have an interest in discussing social issues/current affairs.

Experience in care and support or similar education is an advantage.
