Your role as a Team Leader:

🔹 Go through our training program to learn our values and routines

🔹 Sell our products and achieve daily budget goals

🔹 Be responsible for training and coaching two new salespeople to reach their goals in the field

🔹 Drive sales and develop your team through motivation and leadership

The training period lasts between 40-60 days depending on how quickly you meet the criteria. Once you have completed all steps, you will be certified as a Team Leader and have the opportunity to grow further within the company.

We are looking for you who:

✔ Have experience in field sales and leadership

✔ Are engaged, goal-oriented, and driven

✔ Have good communication skills and are an inspiring leader

✔ Hold a valid driver's license (B)

✔ Speak fluent Swedish

Salary: Guaranteed salary + commission + daily bonuses
