About the role: As the first employee in the Norwegian team, you will be the key person helping them establish routines and processes for Qasa's Norwegian operations ahead of the launch. After that, you will work in a broad role as a support employee. You will:

  • Set up structures and adapt texts and articles from the Swedish platform to the Norwegian market.
  • Build up the Norwegian department.
  • Ensure that all parts of their support are ready for Norway.
  • Provide support to users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Work with a wide variety of issues, from ad-related problems to questions about payments, invoicing, and collections.
  • Assist users with questions related to rental laws and other regulations – an exciting chance to learn new areas.
  • Have a central role in the user journey that can span several years.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is fluent in spoken and written Swedish and has previously worked in Norwegian and/or is also fluent in Norwegian.
  • Is comfortable handling customer support through multiple channels (phone, email, and chat).
  • Has an interest in laws and regulations and is curious about learning about rental laws and related issues.
  • Is self-driven and enjoys creating structure in new contexts.
  • Has the ability to think both strategically and customer-oriented, focusing on delivering a first-class user experience.
