The Home Care Administration is responsible for the needs of elderly individuals regarding care, support, housing, and activities. The administration is one of the municipality's largest workplaces with approximately 2,200 employees. We constantly strive for development and renewal within our area of operation. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse, you are responsible for assessing and implementing medical treatments and care measures. We work in teams, but a large part of the practical work is done independently. Therefore, it is important that you are confident in leading yourself and have the ability to work independently with the nursing tasks that the position entails.

In addition to patient-related work, which includes assessments, examinations, information, and advice, you play a central role in collaborating with care teams in regular housing. As a nurse, you are responsible for guiding and delegating tasks to care staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Experience in elderly care or hospital care is advantageous, as is further education in geriatrics and open health and medical care.

Prescription rights for medications are also seen as an advantage. You should have good computer skills, and experience documenting in digital systems via mobile and computer is a plus.

It is crucial that you are social, attentive, and independent, with the ability to create security for our patients. We also value that you have a reflective working method and are solution-oriented.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
