About the Position

We recruit for both DFDS's own terminals and our external clients. Working hours and geographical location may vary depending on the assignment – we tailor this to your experience and skills!

Responsibilities

As a team leader in warehousing and logistics, you will play a key role in the business and be responsible for:

• Leadership and Team Development
• Building and leading an effective team in warehousing and logistics.
• Developing the team's skills and potential to meet future demands.
• Logistics Planning and Optimization
• Implementing and developing strategies for optimized logistics management.
• Identifying and integrating innovative solutions to streamline processes.
• Warehouse Management and Optimization
• Responsible for optimizing warehouse management systems and processes.
• Working with automated systems for increased efficiency and precision.
• Collaboration and Communication
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Communicating and implementing changes in a clear and effective manner.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in leadership within warehousing and logistics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• The ability to work in a changing and fast-growing environment.
• Education in warehouse management or experience in a related field (preferable).

Employment Type The positions can be either consulting assignments through DFDS Professionals or direct recruitment to our clients. We will inform you of the details during the interview.

Direct Recruitment:

During this recruitment process, the “client” collaborates with DFDS Professionals. The position is a direct recruitment to the “Client”. Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. The position is a full-time employment with a start date as agreed.

Mobile Consultant:

You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work at our clients' locations. Being a mobile consultant means being employed by us, DFDS Professionals, to perform work at client companies, where your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and filling may occur before the application deadline.

We, of course, have a collective agreement. We care about your health and offer, among other things, wellness grants, discounts on gym memberships, etc. To ensure your security, you are also covered by insurance and occupational health services.
