Responsibilities:

• Schedule work for mechanics: Plan and coordinate tasks for our mechanics, ensuring that work is performed according to schedule and that resources are used optimally.
• Price various jobs: Responsible for setting the right prices for the different jobs to be performed, based on the scope of work, materials, and time required.
• Collaboration with the production team: Ensure that workflows and resource utilization are efficient through close collaboration with production and mechanics.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes: Create and manage quotes for customers, as well as follow up to ensure they are executed as agreed.
• Handle customer inquiries: Respond to and advise customers regarding prices, timelines, and technical solutions.
• Optimize workflows: Continuously analyze and improve processes to reduce lead times and costs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in pricing and planning within the workshop or manufacturing industry.
• Ability to coordinate and schedule tasks for mechanics and other resources.
• Experience working with systems such as Cabas or Winassist.
• Good knowledge of estimating and setting prices based on the scope of work and materials.
• Experience working in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communicative and service-oriented – you will have daily contact with both customers and colleagues.
