ABOUT THE POSITION

Frigoscandia is a leading player in temperature-controlled transport and logistics services, focusing on food distribution. As a Traffic Coordinator, you represent Frigoscandia Transport Domestic towards carriers and customers. You are responsible for load planning, capacity optimization, real-time follow-up, and ensuring deliveries are made as planned. You will also manage and sell excess cargo to external carriers, purchase extra capacity, and create customer-specific arrangements based on needs. You work in a sales-enhancing role and create added value for our customers and suppliers.

Additionally, quality monitoring, documentation, and analysis of results are included. You will work in the transport management system TMS Alystra and support carriers in its use. With many internal and external contact points, your role will be both varied and developmental, contributing to high service and quality for our customers.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Have previously held a role as a Traffic Coordinator or a similar strategic role
Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Good geographical knowledge within the borders of Sweden

It is advantageous if you have:

Post-secondary education with a focus on logistics
Experience in food distribution.
