We are looking for a dedicated and structured administrator who wants to be part of our team at Apotekstjänst in Gåshaga, Lidingö. You will play an important role in ensuring that our processes run smoothly by managing various administrative tasks related to medication orders and prescription renewals. Responsibilities: - Ordering medications in full packages - Managing reminders for prescription renewals - Compiling statistics and reports - Administration and updating of the website We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and has good problem-solving skills. You find it easy to collaborate and value quality in your work.

Requirements

• Good computer skills and quick to learn new systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in pharmacy operations is an advantage
