We are now looking for an extra assistant for digital production to support Natur & Kultur's team in adapting and updating their course materials. ABOUT THE POSITION

Academic Work is now seeking an assistant for digital production on behalf of Natur & Kultur. In this role, you will work closely with their digital production to ensure that scripts, texts, images, and exercises are entered and adjusted in their own digital platforms. The work also involves simpler tasks with media files in Adobe Suite, such as some image editing.

As a person, you are detail-oriented, structured, and have a technical interest. You enjoy digital creation and find it easy to familiarize yourself with new systems and tools. Since the work takes place in a dynamic environment, it is important that you are flexible and can handle changes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Input scripts, texts, and exercises into digital platforms
• Edit and adapt images
• Adjust and cut material in Adobe programs
• Support digital production in daily tasks

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a high school diploma, preferably in media or graphic design
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is required in daily work with colleagues

It is an advantage if you have:

• A post-secondary education in graphic design, media, or similar
• Experience in digital work, support/customer service, or administrative work
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite
