Café Sjöboa has its cozy premises in Fiskebäck. Here, guests can enjoy a light lunch or just have a cup of coffee while enjoying the sea view all year round. We are now looking for employees who want to work broadly with everything from food preparation to serving our customers at the cash register with various tasks and contribute on a full-time or part-time basis.

About the job

At Sjöboa, we serve simpler lunches, including shrimp sandwiches, salads, and hot sandwiches. The job involves planning and preparing, cooking, and presenting food in an appealing way. The work is done together with others working in the kitchen and service. Your main tasks include:

• Preparation of simple dishes and snacks
• Baking and preparations
• Customer service and cash handling
• Keeping the café clean and tidy

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who loves to bake delicious cakes, brew perfect coffee, and create memorable experiences for our guests. We primarily seek someone with experience in similar work. You must be at least 18 years old as the position involves work in both the kitchen and service. To thrive and succeed in the role with us, we believe you are responsible, service-minded, and able to handle stress. We work in teams, so your ability to collaborate is of great importance. In this recruitment, we will focus on your personal qualities and good references from your professional life.

It is an advantage if you have practical training in baking, pastry, or food handling.
