Do you want to work with one of Sweden's most dynamic infrastructures? We are now looking for a Planning Architect at Swedavia, a key role in the strategic work with the future development and design of airports. What does the role entail? As a Planning Architect at Swedavia, you will play a central role in developing various programs, plans, and planning documents for our airports. You will work in early stages with investigations, sketches, and location proposals.

You will be an important generalist in a group of airport experts, where you contribute with planning and design expertise as well as a holistic perspective on development. The role involves close collaboration with both internal operations and external stakeholders, such as municipalities, authorities, and consultants.

Examples of tasks:

• Develop and maintain plans and programs for Swedavia's airports.
• Prepare location investigations, maps, and planning documents in early stages and for various needs.
• Participate in planning processes together with host municipalities.
• Collaborate with internal functions and external stakeholders such as municipalities and government authorities.
• Be an expert in planning and building permit issues.
• Contribute with strategic oversight and a long-term perspective on the development of airports.

Who are you?

Experience requirements:

• University degree (Master's) in physical planning, architecture, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably from a municipality, architectural, or consulting firm.
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Experience working in early stages.
• Good knowledge of relevant GIS and CAD programs.
• Good communication skills in speech, writing, and visuals.

• You are attentive, social, and thrive in collaboration with others.
• You are driven, creative, and have a strong personal commitment. Meritorious:

• Experience in strategic planning, program work, or similar.
• Previous work in the public sector or experience collaborating with government authorities.
