Are you passionate about data-driven marketing and optimizing campaigns for maximum profitability? We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who wants to lead and develop our paid digital channels and play a key role in our continued growth journey!

Job Information

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Jollyroom, you will be part of our driven marketing team and responsible for developing and optimizing our paid digital marketing. You will lead the operational work for our performance channels and work closely with our in-house team as well as external agencies. You will play a key role in driving traffic, conversions, and profitability through strategic and tactical efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Budget responsibility for traffic generation from paid channels
• Responsible for our strategy and presence on search engines as well as optimization of Google Ads and other PPC channels
• Develop and implement bidding strategies to maximize ROAS and profitability
• Ensure updated and optimized product feeds
• Manage and optimize META advertising, retargeting, price comparison sites, and marketplaces
• Continuously analyze, optimize, and report key metrics such as impression share, traffic development, CTR, CPC, CPA, CR, COS, and COP
• Proactively work with seasonal campaigns and product ads
• Follow market trends and continuously analyze the external environment and competitive landscape
• Assist the organization with reports related to performance, demand, and other keyword data

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in SEM and digital marketing, especially Google Ads
• Is data-driven and analytical with the ability to make strategic decisions based on numbers and insights
• Has experience managing large advertising budgets and optimizing for high profitability
• Has a coaching and inspiring leadership style
• Has a good understanding of various digital marketing channels and their role in the customer journey
• Has experience working in a fast-changing e-commerce environment
