Erbo is now looking for a dedicated gardener who wants to help care for and develop our customers' outdoor environments. You will be an important part of our team that strives to create well-maintained and inviting outdoor spaces for housing associations.

Your tasks include:

• Annual planning
• Planting
• Lawn mowing and trimming
• Weeding
• Hedge trimming
• Pruning trees and shrubs
• Spring and autumn cleaning
• Mechanical snow removal
• Continuous contact with our customer

Your qualities

We are looking for someone who is:

• Engaged: You have a genuine interest in gardening and always strive to do a good job.
• Independent: You can plan and execute your tasks on your own without needing detailed instructions.
• Cooperative: You enjoy working in a team and are good at collaborating with both colleagues and customers.
• Social and communicative: You find it easy to talk to people and express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Proactive: You are good at identifying what needs to be done and can prioritize tasks effectively.

• Are passionate about order and tidiness: You never leave anything half-finished and always ensure that lawns are well-mowed, weeds are under control, and that barbecue areas and paths are tidy before the week is over.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in gardening. A leading role is an advantage.
• Some form of education in gardening. Certificates are a plus.
• Driver's license (manual).
• Experience in pruning.
• Familiarity with tractors. Snow removal with machinery is an advantage.
