Our client Colin is 7 years old and has significant support needs and requires constant supervision. We now need to strengthen the workgroup with several assistants who actively work with training, stimulation, and play, but also take care of personal care such as hygiene and meals via PEG. He was born with a brain injury (microcephaly), developmental disability, and epilepsy. He lives with his mother, father, and older brother in Stenungsund. Colin has double assistance around the clock, and we are now looking for several assistants to strengthen the group.

The role and experience of the assistant
We are looking for someone who has training and experience working as a personal assistant or caregiver. We are looking for someone who wants to be an important and secure person in Colin's daily life and thinks of the work as long-term. Colin enjoys being very close – preferably in the arms of someone who is calm and secure. As an assistant to Colin, you need to take care of medications and know how to act during severe seizures and spasms. He also needs help with hygiene and training. For the right person, there is work here for many years, and we would like you to have a vision of a long-term collaboration – that is what we wish for Colin and his family.

Working hours/employment rate
• Working hours evenings from 14:20 to 21:30, Awake night from 21:30 to 08:20
• Colin has double assistance 24 hours a day; we can look at the schedule together – the most important thing is that we get the right assistants for Colin.
• Employment rate 75%-100%

• We apply salary according to Fremia. Collective agreement.
