Production Manager at Blomsterboda

Blomsterboda Odling & Produktion AB is located in Vallentuna, north of Stockholm. In our greenhouse with modern water purification technology, we produce over 10 million tulips each season, as well as 100,000 amaryllis and 1 million hyacinths. In our bouquet production, we also produce over 2 million bouquets and bunches per year.

We are now looking for a Production Manager for our Bouquet Production - a driven leader with good experience in the cultivation and gardening environment as a whole, especially cut flowers. Is it you we are looking for?

The Role

As Production Manager, you will lead a team of about 2 team leaders and 13 people, where the size of the group may vary somewhat between high and low season. The role involves focusing on bouquet production of cut flowers as well as driving development and continuous improvement work around the team, department, and the produced bouquet.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone with experience in the industry, preferably specifically with cut flowers. Since many of the staff are English-speaking, you must have excellent skills in both Swedish and English, with additional languages as a merit. You have good computer skills and express yourself well in both speech and writing. You are comfortable with your personnel responsibility and demonstrate through your actions how you want others to act.

Above all, you should enjoy working with plants!
