About the Position

We are looking for a driven and responsible employee for our client in the export and import sector. In this role, you will be an important link between customers and suppliers. You will work daytime and be part of an engaged team handling both export and import.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all documentation related to both export and import, as well as ensuring that customs clearance is carried out correctly for each transaction. You will have ongoing communication with international customers and suppliers to ensure that the flows between the parties work smoothly and efficiently.

An important part of the responsibilities is to ensure that all import and export processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, and customs requirements. You will also plan and coordinate transportation and deliveries across borders, which includes organizing freight and optimizing logistics solutions. Profile & Background

You have experience in both export and import and are accustomed to working with customs and international trade. Your good command of English, both spoken and written, allows you to communicate effectively with international customers and suppliers.

You are a structured and detail-oriented person who can handle complex processes and documentation efficiently. Furthermore, you have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with both internal and external parties to ensure that all flows work smoothly.

You are familiar with using administrative tools and have good knowledge of Excel, which enables you to quickly manage and analyze data related to import and export.
