Boreal Sweden is growing rapidly! We started operations for service trips in Västerbotten in February 2024 and have won new contracts for business trips and school transport. We are currently looking for a traffic manager for the summer of 2025 with the possibility to work extra after the summer.

YOUR TASKS
As a traffic manager at Boreal Sweden, your main task will be to manage the drivers in their daily work, according to the applicable traffic plan, laws/regulations, and internal routines as well as vehicle allocation. You will serve as the communication hub between drivers and technical service functions internally, as well as between clients and drivers and the rest of the organization. As a traffic manager, you will work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and days.

YOUR BACKGROUND/YOUR QUALITIES
To be suitable for the role, we believe you have experience in similar tasks. Since the work involves handling rapid changes and challenges regarding the planning of personnel resources and vehicles, it is essential that you are calm and methodical. Furthermore, we see that you have good analytical skills that enable you to make wise decisions in the moment as well as in the long term.

You are accustomed to working in various systems and your computer skills are very good.

As communication is an important part of the job, you must express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
