Quality Follow-up Officer for Locum's FM Services

About the Position

On behalf of Region Stockholm, Locum manages hospital properties within the region.

At several properties, Locum sells FM services such as cleaning and operational services (janitorial, goods logistics) to our tenants. As a Quality Follow-up Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring the delivery of FM services at hospitals in Northern Stockholm. The inspections will be conducted at customers within your geographical area, including hospitals such as Jakobsberg, Sabbatsberg, and Löwenströmska.

You will be responsible for independently planning, executing, compiling, analyzing, and following up on the results of contractual and other inspections as well as quality measurements for contracted service agreements for cleaning and operational services.

You will be part of Locum's FM organization, which consists of 7 people, and your manager will be our service unit manager. Your workplace will be Locum's local office at the various hospital properties in Northern Stockholm.

Your Day at Work May Include:

• Planning and conducting contractual inspections and sampling in hospital properties.
• Compiling and analyzing results from contractual inspections and providing feedback to the contract manager.
• Supporting Locum's customer manager in contact with tenants.
• Participating in dialogue with suppliers together with the contract manager.

Who Are You?

To be successful and thrive in this role, we have the following requirements:

Education

High school education.

Experience

Several years of experience in cleaning services.

Experience in performing and documenting hygiene and quality inspections according to, for example, Swedish Standard SS 627801-2012 (Insta) and Danish Hygiene Standard DS 2451-10SV.

Knowledge

Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Abilities
