The Adult Psychiatry Clinic Södergatan caters to individuals with issues within the general psychiatry's area of responsibility, and we work based on Flexible Assertive Community Treatment (FACT). The clinic is located in central Helsingborg, but our catchment area covers all of northwestern Skåne. We are where the patient, or as we say, the participant, is!

Our approach is person-centered and recovery-oriented. We have a total of 12 employees at the clinic, including psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, medical secretaries, rehabilitation specialists, and peer support. We also have coordinators in each of our ten municipalities to facilitate coordination between the Region and the municipalities. We are one of Sweden's first clinics to implement the FACT approach in Swedish general psychiatry and have a close collaboration with a research group that follows our work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Adult Psychiatry Clinic, focusing on recovery and flexible care, is looking for a nurse! Your daily tasks include stabilization conversations, joint assessments with doctors, and contact with relatives in your work assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you as a licensed nurse with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare. Furthermore, proficiency in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale is a requirement. Previous work experience in psychiatric care and knowledge of the Melior journal system is advantageous. Additionally, specialist training in psychiatry or further education in CBT is also meritorious.

We prefer applicants who find psychiatry enjoyable and have a strong commitment to their work, as well as an ability to understand each participant's unique needs. As a person, you have good self-awareness and the ability to work independently. You take responsibility within the framework of your tasks, your mission, and your profession. We consider it essential that you are open and have a pleasant approach to participants and colleagues. Since we work in teams, it is also important that you can collaborate and coordinate various tasks. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
