As an Alarm Technician with us, you will meet our customers in their homes and deliver high-quality security by carrying out professional installations of new alarm systems and performing service on existing installations.

Right now, we need to strengthen our team with an Alarm Technician in/around Borås. The work is home-based with a company vehicle, so you should live in/around this area.

About the position The employment begins with training consisting of theoretical and practical elements and ends with field training alongside an experienced colleague who acts as a mentor. The training prepares you to independently implement new alarm systems and perform service on existing ones. Your focus will be to provide the customer with first-class protection and security by securing their home.

This also means that you will go through and educate the customer on how to use our alarm system and introduce our apps. The goal is to not leave a customer with weak security points. It is important to do everything to provide security for the customer.

The position starts at 80% but has a great chance of increasing in percentage.

Who are you?

• You have a B driver's license
• You are free from remarks in the criminal record, which is of utmost importance as we are a company that delivers security solutions to individuals in their homes
• If you have an interest in technology and sales, it is a plus, but also something you will receive training and coaching on
• You master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing
• You are service-oriented, customer-focused, goal-oriented, and place great importance on customer wishes and are keen to fulfill them

Thus, you are a person who enjoys helping people and can meet them in a humble and professional manner. We work with low voltage, which means you do not need to be a licensed electrician to apply for the position.
